The prompt for day one in the #21emBody challenge was lungs and guess what? the prompt of the other challenge was “slow down and breathe”.
When we talk about breath, and lungs I automatically think of Prana, the vital essence of our body and mind, the force that gives the opportunity to see the connection between cause and effect.
Prana, or universal energy, gives power to our Agni our digestive fire but not only power to digest food but to digest what is happening around us in our lives.
Breathing should be a conscious action take time to sit down with yourself and breath, watch your breath if it´s deep or shallow… just watch without changing it and your breath will be slowing down, get calmer and you will feel more connected to yourself.
