We need to find a balance between ourselves, nature, and our surroundings. When we live in harmony with nature, our elemental energies are also balanced. When the balance between these energies is disrupted, we risk becoming unwell.

1. Health analysis – We go through your habits and routines, as well as taking readings of your pulse, eyes, tongue, and nails.
2. Identification of your dosha – Through a detailed questionnaire, we map out which dosha (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha) is most dominant in you.
3. Individual advice and recommendations – You will receive personalized advice on diet, exercise, and daily routines tailored to your dosha.
4. After the consultation – You will receive a summary via email with the recommendations we discussed. You will also have the opportunity for follow-up at a discounted price.

Yes, but during my years as an Ayurveda therapist, I’ve discovered that there is a need for a small, practical book where you can make your own notes and receive inner feedback as you make lifestyle changes.
