Is Another Book on Ayurveda Needed?
Is there not enough good literature on the subject? Of course, but during my years as an Ayurveda therapist, I have discovered the need for a small, practical book where you can make your own notes and get internal feedback when making lifestyle changes. This way, you can become aware of how even small changes lead to better quality of life and energy.
It is so easy to get inspired and enthusiastically take action when we receive advice from a therapist, but when everyday life hits, and our energy levels are not as high, it may not feel quite right. It becomes easier to continue doing things the way we always have, even if it’s not the most optimal for our health.
My enthusiasm for Ayurveda was sparked in the winter of 2000 when I visited India for the first time. A few months later, I took my first training in the subject, and it immediately felt like I had found home—like this was the answer to the questions I had been seeking for many years. Now, many years later, I want to share the experiences I’ve gained with you, and I hope it will inspire you to find your inner energy, your inspiration, and vitality.
